The Interdimensional Stability and Cooperation Organization (ISCO) has declared a state of global emergency due to the sudden total loss of communication with Second Earth. The ISCO also reports that it has lost contact with most countries and governments of Kasnalp and Ventus. DPN regional branches in affected regions have also gone dark, with no updates or communication since the phenomena struck.
