An unprecedented act of sabotage has left an undisclosed Division of Anomalous Phenomena Research and Containment (DAPRC) facility in ruins, with Welloterra's most wanted fugitive, Mikhail Kovac, fleeing the scene.
The DAPRC confirmed this morning that their secure research site in Lirayne had been breached and subsequently destroyed. Eyewitness accounts suggest that Kovac infiltrated the facility undetected, neutralizing security measures before causing extensive damage to its primary structure. The agency reports multiple casualties among its staff; the extent of research loss is still being assessed.
In response to the attack, the International Treaty of Ensuring World Integrity (ITREWN) has issued an urgent appeal for information on Kovac's whereabouts. The ITREWN has also posted a substantial reward - approximately 60,000 atlas - for any leads that culminate in his capture or detention.
