Seth Royce and Mikhail Kovac escaped to another universe; another Earth found
Notorious fugitives Seth Royce and Mikhail Kovac have discovered what appears to be another Earth.

Seth Royce and Mikhail Kovac, two interdimensional terrorists on the run since 2038, reportedly infiltrated an unidentified Division of Anomalous Phenomena Research and Containment (DAPRC) facility in Quefalm, ultimately escaping through a portal into what appears to be another Earth.
The facility, according to sources close to the DAPRC, was dedicated to studying interdimensional travel. Authorities were quick to respond, but by then, Royce and Kovac had already made their exit. Initial reports suggest that this alternate Earth is inhabited by humans similar to those found on Ereya and Welloterra. The International Treaty of Ensuring World Integrity (ITREWN) and DAPRC are now scrambling to assemble additional research expeditions. Kovac and Royce were declared missing; once contact will be made with the planet inhabitants, a BID search team will be dispatched.
