Dalton Vernon Dell, a man believed to be a clone of infamous criminal Mikhail Kovac, has been killed during an undisclosed military operation in Lirayne last night. The operation was conducted jointly by the Division of Anomalous Phenomena Research and Containment (DAPRC) and the Bureau of International Defense (BID). While Mikhail Kovac managed to evade capture and escaped the scene, Dalton Dell was pronounced dead upon arrival at the local hospital.
The operation came as a surprise to many, given the recent news that the DAPRC had secretly cloned Mikhail Kovac in 2037. However, details surrounding the cloning process and how Mikhail became aware of his clone's existence remain unclear, with both agencies refraining from issuing any official statements.
Authorities fear that Mikhail Kovac, now aware of the attempts made by the DAPRC to clone him, may pose an even greater threat than before. Residents in Lirayne are urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the Bureau of International Defense.
