The Bureau of International Defense (BID) is facing mounting speculation surrounding one of its most decorated operatives after documents leaked to the public suggest he could be a clone of interdimensional terrorist Mikhail Kovac.
Dalton Vernon Dell, a BID operative renowned for his strategic prowess and frequent deployment in high-stakes operations against Ereyan forces, has found himself at the center of a storm following allegations that he is a modified replica of the interdimensional terrorist.
An anonymous source within the Division of Anomalous Phenomena Research and Containment (DAPRC) provided the public with a trove of documents detailing an unknown Human Replicative Sciences department. Among these files is evidence that Dell participated in a clandestine project code-named "Ability Restoration and Reconstruction." While details of this project remain scarce, sources close to the matter suggest it could be connected to rumors about DAPRC's dabbling in reconstruction technology, previously used and owned by the "International Operations and Development LLC." company.
In response to these accusations, both the BID and Dalton Dell have declined to comment.
